The bright cheerful condo living area and fully equipped kitchen are open with a wonderful view of the beach, ocean and pool from inside the condo and from the large L shaped balcony. Flat screen TV's, DVD players, WiFi and cable are in each room.
The large master bedroom has a walk in closet, master bath with a jacuzzi tub/shower. This bedroom has a beautiful view from the king size bed and it opens onto the balcony.
The roomy 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed.
The large covered L shaped balcony has plenty of room for lifeguard style chairs and tables. They are perfect for reading or just enjoying the view and breeze. You can watch parades from the front or back decks.
Summer Winds is a gated community with a restaurant, three pools, shower, elevator and a two car covered garage. Luggage carts are available.
You will be provided with a Starter Supply of:
- Paper Towels (1 roll)
- Toilet paper (2 per bath)
- Bath towels (interior use only)
- Bed linens (interior use only)
- Dish/hand soap
- Dish detergent
- Trash Bags (3)
~Our goal is to make your Tybee Island vacation rental as comfortable as possible!~
- We will supply all linens and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
- Two (2) assigned parking spaces. (Note: parking passes may be required during peak times.)
- Two (2) keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged a $50 re-key fee if either keys are not returned upon departure.
